Multi-Million Dollar Trial Lawyers ™

— Lawyers eligible are a principal attorney in a case that achieved a trial verdict, arbitration award, settlement, or appeal of $2 million or more or at least two cases with $1 million or more. One-time registration fee of $1,798 (includes both wall plaques) or $600 if previously achieving the Million Dollar Trial Lawyers™ award. No annual renewal fee!

Billion Dollar Trial Lawyers ™

— Law firms eligible have achieved a law firm total of at least $1 billion in trial verdicts, arbitration awards, settlements, and appeals since the inception of the law firm. If the law firm has multiple offices, the total of all offices will qualify. A class action settlement may also qualify.

To qualify for the Billion Dollar Trial Lawyers award, a named partner must submit an affirmation attesting to the fact that the law firm has reached at least $1 billion in trial verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements since the inception of the law firm and the year in which the law firm was formed. A personal injury lawyer will also review the law firm’s website and investigate other sources. Includes Premier Lifetime Membership, directory listing, and wall plaque (Brass on Rosewood with Piano Gloss Finish). One-time registration fee of $4,897. No annual renewal fee!

Above The Policy™

— Lawyers eligible have settled a case (before or after verdict) with an insurance company that paid more money than the maximum insurance policy liability limit. For instance, I settled a case for $155,000 where the policy limit was $25,000. A lawyer may also qualify by showing an insurance company misrepresented the amount of insurance. For instance, I have a letter from an insurance company stating the policy limit is $100,000. I then found out that the same insurance company had another policy on the same car. They then claimed the policies would pay pro rata. I was able to force them to admit the available amount was the total of both policies. Verified Personal Injury Lawyer™ Seal

— The seal verifies that the lawyer or law firm has a law practice consisting of at least 85% personal injury law. Verification is done by a personal injury lawyer and includes checking various sources. The seal assures the public that personal injury law is the main or sole focus of your practice. The seal does not indicate the attorney is certified or a specialist by any bar association or government. All practice areas in personal injury qualify, ie. Wrongful Death; Motorcycle Accidents; Nursing Home Abuse; Defective / Dangerous Products; Medical Malpractice; etc. Eligible lawyers must not have any disciplinary actions against them noted on their profile. Includes Premier Membership, directory listing, and wall plaque (Brass on Rosewood with Piano Gloss Finish). Discounts are not available for verification. Confidentiality Clause

Where a settlement contains a confidentiality clause, the attorney may provide a redacted release or settlement agreement together with an affirmation or affidavit stating that the attorney was a principal attorney involved in the settlement of the case together with a redacted copy of the letter forwarding the release to the insurance company, signed by the attorney applying to become a Premier Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Trial Lawyers Club. Copies of settlement documents will NOT be released to anyone. As a lawyer, Philip L. Franckel, Esq., who owns Million Dollar Trial Lawyers, understands the sensitivity of these documents.

Law Firms With Multiple Attorneys

There may be more than one principal attorney in a case as long as the principal attorneys are significantly involved in the case. If the law firm has more than one attorney, the award logo on the law firm’s website must identify the name of the attorney for whom the award was given (does not apply to the Billion Dollar Trial Lawyers™ award). It is permissible to accomplish this by adding the attorney’s name to the title tag in the HTML code, so it looks like the logo below when a website visitor hovers the mouse cursor over the award logo. This is easy to do when the logo is added to the law firm’s website. If more than one principal attorney worked on the case and also wants an award, a 45% discount applies to each additional lawyer. Each lawyer will receive a Lifetime Premier Membership with a directory listing and wall plaque (Brass on Rosewood with Piano Gloss Finish).
