I am a California licensed attorney, retired California Administrative Law Judge and University Business Administration Faculty. I am the owner of the Albini Law Group, and Consultant Attorney for the Johnston Law Group. Prior to my appointment by Governor Schwarzenegger as a State of California Administrative Law Judge, I spent approximately 25 years of my legal career advocating and protecting thousands of consumers harmed by the fault of others. I have vast knowledge and experience in civil litigation and trial practice and has litigated cases on behalf of her California clients in 54 of the 58 counties in California, as well as, the States of Arkansas, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

I attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California and received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1990. As an undergraduate, she attended the University of San Francisco (USF) as a scholar athlete, where I was the third woman in USF’s history to be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. I was also recognized as 1 of 75 Greatest Athletic Legends to attend the University of San Francisco along with Bill Cartwright, Bill Russell and K.C. Jones.
