Bill’s primary practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injury or wrongful death.

William T. Abel received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law with honors and was Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Bill is board certified as a specialist in civil trial law by The Florida Bar and is also rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell.

Bill worked as a Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County. After leaving the court, Bill worked for some of the world’s largest insurance companies, including AIG and Zurich. Bill’s experience as an attorney for the court and 15 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney is a huge advantage, enabling him to obtain top results for his clients.

Bill has practiced his entire career in Palm Beach County and is the third generation of his family to call Palm Beach County home.
